Shipping Information
- Orders received Monday through Friday before 10am MST / 12pm CST / 1 pm EST are shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday after 10am MST / 12pm CST / 1pm EST will ship on Monday.
- Shopalix.com is not responsible for carrier shipping delays
- Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
- At this time, we ship to the US, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the UK. We do ship to PO Boxes.
- Duties and Taxes: Shopalix.com is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on the order by your respective government. If taxes and duties or additional fees are placed on your package by officials, including but not limited to any additional shipping fees or taxes placed on the package, the fee will be your responsibility.
- When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

- Some items sold by Shopalix.com require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At ShopAlix.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Missing Mail:
- We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. ShopAlix.com is not able to provide a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
- Missing Mail: For packages missing through USPS, please walk through the steps to submit a claim HERE. A claim submitted through USPS will go under investigation. If approved, USPS will issue a refund to you via check 7-10 business days after the claim has been submitted.
- Theft: If your package shows "delivered" but it is missing from your home, you may submit a mail theft or vandalism complaint. USPS will handle refunds on a case by case basis.
