    Important information:
    For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

    Sales Tax:
    Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise excluding shipping and handling fees for orders shipped to AZ, CA and IL.       Shipping Information:
      • Orders are experiencing shipping delays. In most cases, the mail carrier is "prematurely" marking packages as "delivered" and may show up the following business day. Our ShopAlix team wishes we could hand deliver packages to you. We appreciate your patience. 
      • Please note, all pre-order items are not eligible for express shipping. If other items have been purchased in addition to a pre-order item, all items will be shipped once pre-order item is in stock. If a date is not listed for expected shipping a confirmation email will be sent following up with your order to confirm. If you have any questions regarding your pre-order please contact us at: 
      • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
      • Orders received Monday through Friday before 1pm EST are shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday after 1pm EST or over the weekend will ship on Monday. is not responsible for USPS shipping delays. 
      • All orders shipped via standard shipping should be received within 2 to 5 business days within the United States. You can also expedite your shipping for an extra charge. Please note: large shipments may incur an additional shipping fee.
      • At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We do ship to PO Boxes.
      • Duties and Taxes: is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on the order by your respective government. If taxes and duties or additional fees are placed on your package by officials, including but not limited to any additional shipping fees or taxes placed on the package, the fee will be your responsibility.
      • Please make note that we require signature verification upon delivery on orders that total $500.00 or more. If signature is waived, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
      • If a signature waiver is in place, cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

      • Some items sold by require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.       • All original shipping costs are non-refundable

If you chose to purchase the Route Shipping Insurance, all claims must be processed through them. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged and you chose not to purchase the insurance, we are not able to provide further assistance. 


      Missing Mail:

      • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. is not able to provide a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
      • Missing Mail: For packages missing through USPS, please walk through the steps to submit a claim HERE. A claim submitted through USPS will go under investigation. If approved, USPS will issue a refund to you via check 7-10 business days after claim has been submitted.
      • Theft: If your package shows "delivered" but it is missing from your home, you may submit mail theft or vandalism complaint. USPS will handle refunds case by case incident HERE or by phone 1-877-876-2455. To walk through instructions on submitting theft incident, please click HERE.

      NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. You will be notified if there is a delay. We can ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
      ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE offers the option to purchase Route Shipping Insurance on all orders. If you choose to purchase the Route Shipping Insurance all claims will be processed by Route. To file a claim on any order insured by Route please go to their Claims page, linked below, and follow the instructions provided. All information necessary to file a claim is emailed to the customer after checkout.
