Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. ShopAlix.com is not responsible for malformed addresses or typographical errors.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise excluding shipping and handling fees for orders shipped to AZ, CA and IL. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
- Please note, all pre-order items are not eligible for express shipping. If other items have been purchased in addition to a pre-order item, all items will be shipped once pre-order item is in stock. If a date is not listed for expected shipping a confirmation email will be sent following up with your order to confirm. - Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
- Orders received Monday through Thursday and Friday before 1pm EST are shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday after 1pm EST or over the weekend will ship on Monday. Shopalix.com is not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
- All orders shipped via standard shipping should be received within 2 to 5 business days within the United States. You can also expedite your shipping for an extra charge. Please note: large shipments may incur an additional shipping fee.
- At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We do ship to PO Boxes.
- Please make note that we require signature verification upon delivery on orders that total $500.00 or more. If signature is waived, Shopalix.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If a signature waiver is in place, ShopAlix.com cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
- When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

- Some items sold by ShopAlix.com require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At ShopAlix.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
