If more convenient, we would also love for you to visit us in person and gladly accept web returns at any of our stores. All refunds will be processed online, please allow 3-5 business days for refund to be processed.

However, orders placed during a promotional sale are returnable, unless otherwise specified. In the case of spend-based promotions, returns may be subject to price adjustment if your return causes you to no longer meet the qualifications of the sale.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you please note that on your Return Form and include your email address.
