HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY: ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER OCTOBER 15TH, 2020 CAN BE RETURNED UNTIL JANUARY 25TH, 2021.
In the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) until January 25th, 2021.
Items must be sent back in original condition - unworn, untailored, with tags attached.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
FACE MASKS, SALE, BODYSUITS, GIFTABLES, and CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED items are FINAL SALE
If item(s) do not meet the above criteria, they will be sent back to you.
On an as needed basis, we reserve the right to institute a handling fee on returns.
1. RETURN ON US
If you wish to return using one of our prepaid return labels, simply go to the link below and follow the instructions provided:
Please note all provided labels are weight-based and we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred at time of shipment.
2. RETURN IN STORE
If more convenient, we would also love for you to visit us in person and gladly accept web returns at any of our stores. All refunds will be processed online, please allow 3-5 business days for refund to be processed.
3. SHIP IT YOURSELF

At this time, we do not offer exchanges due to the limited quantity of items. If you are hoping to exchange the same item for a different size, simply place a new order for the proper size needed and send your original item back to us so we can process your refund in a timely manner.
Congratulations, your gift giver has great taste! However, we want you to love your new piece. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you please note that on your Return Form and include your email address. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
