In the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of your order date.
Items must be sent back in original condition - unworn, without tailoring, with tags attached.
Return in ShopAlix original shipping box or ShopAlix bubble mailer or a box. Returned items will not be accepted shipped in clear plastic bags.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A $10 restocking fee is applied on returns requesting a refund.
Exchanges and store credit (e-gift card) receive full amount of the purchased item.
Returns on products purchased via Instagram DM's are store credit only.
BODYSUITS, SWIMSUITS and CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED items are FINAL SALE
If item(s) do not meet the above criteria, they will be sent back to you.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you please note this on your Return Form and include your email address. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift card will be emailed to you.
