SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Can I return my purchase?

    Uh oh! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note returns must be in unused condition, in the state you received them, and in the original box. All personalized or special ordered items are nonrefundable. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. We charge a $6.95 handling fee on returns for refund. Returns on products purchased via IG DM's are store credit only. Please note that any returns on orders placed during a promotional sale may be subject to price adjustment. Please note original shipping is non-refundable.

    Can I expedite my shipping?    

    The following shipping options are available when you check out, UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3-Day Select. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day will be shipped out the same day. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. PREORDER items are not available for expedited shipping. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

    Can I get free shipping?

    Of course! You will receive free shipping on orders over $150+!

    Do you ship internationally?

    We ship packages domestically and to Canada.

     What happens if my package is never delivered or stolen?

    ShopAlix.com offers the option of Route Shipping Insurance on all orders. If you chose to purchase the Route Shipping Insurance, all claims must be processed through them. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged and you chose not to purchase the insurance, we are not able to provide further assistance.

    We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages. ShopAlix.com is not able to provide a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

     

    ORDERING/PRODUCT REQUESTS

      How can I track the status of my order?           

       We’re trying to get it to you ASAP! Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed.

      1. Login to your ShopAlix.com account HERE.

      2. You will be able to view information about your order and track the shipping.

      3. We will e-mail you as items in your order ship and if there are updates on the status of your order.

      How long does it take for my order to ship out?

      For the majority of orders it takes approximately one business day to ship out. If there is a delay, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order. Please note some products might take longer especially if it is a custom order. Please refer to the item description for more details.

      How long will it take for me to receive my order?

      Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. If your item is PREORDER you will receive a follow up email regarding the expected shipping dates

      Can you gift-wrap my order?

      Of course! In your check out cart, you can choose the gift wrap option and include a gift note too.

      Are you getting this product back in stock?

      We may be! The best way to find out is to sign up for our “Restock Alerts” at the bottom of the product description page you’re looking at! We will send you an e-mail when the product you’d like gets back in stock. 

       

      PAYMENTS/GIFT CARDS/CODES

        How many discount codes can I apply at checkout?

        Only one discount code can be used at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied to sale merchandise. Please also note that candles are excluded from any and all discounts.

        What forms of payment do you accept?

        We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, ShopAlix E-Gift Cards

        for all orders.

        How do I use my “In-Store” Gift Card for an Online purchase?

        Unfortunately, in-store gift cards are not compatible with our online store. However, we will create an E-Gift Card for you so that you can make a purchase asap! Therefore, please e-mail the below information to acblog@shopalix.com. After, we will e-mail you your online gift card code.

         How do I use my E-Gift Card?

        Lucky you! You were e-mailed a ShopAlix e-gift card code to enter in your shopping cart once you are done shopping.

        Do you sell gift cards?

        Good News – YES! You can purchase a ShopAlix gift card HERE.

         Missing Mail:

        • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. ShopAlix.com is not able to provide a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
        • Missing Mail: For packages missing through USPS, please walk through the steps to submit a claim HEREA claim submitted through USPS will go under investigation. If approved, USPS will issue a refund to you via check 7-10 business days after claim has been submitted.
        • Theft: If your package shows "delivered" but it is missing from your home, you may submit mail theft or vandalism complaint. USPS will handle refunds case by case incident HERE or by phone 1-877-876-2455. To walk through instructions on submitting theft incident, please click HERE.

        ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE
         
        ShopAlix.com offers the option to purchase Route Shipping Insurance on all orders. If you choose to purchase the Route Shipping Insurance all claims will be processed by Route. To file a claim on any order insured by Route please go to their Claims page, linked below, and follow the instructions provided. All information necessary to file a claim is emailed to the customer after checkout.
