ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Whether in our stores or our online shop, we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. In the case that you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item/s for a refund within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must have tags attached, worn/tailored items may not be returned. Personalized items and special orders are final sale. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to process. Please email WEBRETURNS@SHOPALIX.COM and we will email a return label as soon as possible. Please note, if you are returning your items for a refund using the enclosed USPS shipping label within 15 days from your order date, your return will be free of charge. If you are returning 16 to 30 days after your purchase date, $5 will be deducted from you refund.
If more convenient, we would also love for you to visit us in person and we will gladly accept web returns at any of our retail locations. Refunds will be credited once item/s are received at our distribution center, store credit or exchanges are not available for online purchases.
All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. No exceptions in store or online.
We are extremely confident in the quality of our products but on the very rare occasion a product is defective, we will be embarrassed but also immediately replace the item or issue an immediate credit. At this time, we do not offer exchanges due to the limited quantity of items. If you are hoping to exchange the same item for a different size, simply place a new order for the proper size needed and send your original item back to us so we can process your refund in a timely manner.
Congratulations, your gift giver has great taste! However, we want you to love your new piece. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
