Pro Shop Manager

Alixandra Collections has launched a new concept called ALI by Alixandra Collections. Based upon the success of the pop up location in Old Town Scottsdale, we are launching a permanent location in North Scottsdale. ALI features clothing and accessories for golf, pickle ball, tennis and swim. The ideal candidate has a strong personal or professional background in one of these areas (or significant sports/athletic experience) as relating to and servicing our customers is of utmost importance.

The Retail Store Manager reports to Company owner and is responsible for the assigned store location. She/ He is accountable for contributing to the overall profitability of Alixandra Collections and always favorably representing the Corporation. This key management role impacts nearly all portions of the business and therefore requires the individual to be a model to other associates, an effective communicator and posses an ability to consistently deliver results. Success in this role is achieved through the delivery of sales and inventory targets, establishing a loyal customer base, development of an effective team and maintaining the store’s brand feel. This individual will be relied upon as an expert and source for the local trends and customer requirements and is able to articulate that feedback to their manager. Most importantly, the store manager is responsible for ensuring customers, associates, vendors and the local community understand and grasp the Alixandra Collections experience.

    • Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
    • Management: 2 years (Preferred)
