All items can be returned for full credit within 7 days of receiving order. All gift returns will be credited on original form of payment. All unworn merchandise, with tags still attached may be exchanged within 20 days of purchase. We will not accept items that have been altered. All Sale items are final sale. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must phone 314-997-2360 or e-mail jessica@shopalix.com to obtain a return authorization code for all returns. Without this code we may not accept your return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
